You may call us at our main number 972-55-SOLVE (557-6583) or fax us at 214-853-HOPE (4673). Please, no junk faxes, of course. You can also leave a voice message at that fax number. Faxes and voice messages are emailed to us so receipt is subject to confirmation; please call or email us to ask if we received your fax if it's critical. If you call our main number and we can't answer within 3 rings, it automatically forwards you to our cell phone. If we can't answer our cell phone within 2-3 rings, it forwards to our answering service at 800-926-5439, where someone will take down your message and email it to us. Our main number has a TeleZapper to fool telemarketing machines into thinking that it's a disconnected number, so please begin speaking right after the tones.
Please excuse the inconvenience, but due to excessive abuse by spammers, many of whom have apparently used automated means to harvest email addresses from our web site, we have had to drastically reduce the use of email links. Most of our email addresses will be unlinked and spelled out (using e.g. "at" and "dot" etc.) so that a human being must interpret them. We hope that this will not discourage serious inquiries.
