We also relieve you of much of the legal and tax responsibilities involved in administering your people, because your people become ours. Your contractors (and optionally your employees also) will become our personnel for tax purposes, but they continue to work for you, you're still in charge - this is similar to using a PEO but our services are more comprehensive and flexible. We do not become a subcontractor to you, nor your competitor; we're not in the business of manufacturing widgets or whatever it is you do. We don't steal your customers; you are our customer.
